At Shrooms City we pride ourselves on sourcing and producing nutritional meals for our community.


Over the years research has shown that cultural changes in food production and the relationship we have with food has declined. This has led to various ailments and disease to run rampant. Illnesses like diabetes, heart disease and obesity have risen locally and globally. 


We believe that with a restorative approach to what foods we consume, we can assist in the healing process to bring our bodies to a state of well-being.


Shrooms City is a family owned eatery, and we envision the flourishing of our community and the world at large through positive lifestyle changes and reconnecting with our food.
